The annual Opening Day parade, a beloved Cincinnati tradition, begins at noon, prompting temporary closures of Government Square and several downtown bus stops. Metro officials warn riders to expect detours throughout the morning and early afternoon, with normal service resuming after the parade concludes.

- Routes 6, 20, 21, 64: Elm at Court
- Routes 27, 28, 49: 4th between Main & Walnut
- Routes 32, 33, 77: 9th at Plum
- Route 46: 9th between Main & Walnut
- Route 78: 6th at Vine
- Route 90 Metro Plus: Main at Court
