DAYTON, Ohio — Kettering Health officially broke ground on its latest project Wednesday, marking the start of construction on a state-of-the-art health center in Xenia, Ohio. The 24,000-square-foot facility, announced in September 2025, is poised to transform healthcare access in Greene County with its comprehensive services and modern amenities.
The new health center, expected to cost $26 million, will be located on the REACH site along Progress Drive. Once completed in late 2028, it will offer a wide range of services, including primary care, walk-in care, lab testing, gynecology services, and advanced imaging.
